Since it’s Sunday today and we have no plans in line yet, I had all the whole morning to concoct a healthy but tasty lunch.
Bangus Shanghai, forgive the poor quality of wrapping. I know it doesn’t look gorgeous, right? By the way, I used potato and carrots as extender to the fish meat. And I think the pieces I made will be enough to feed us the whole week. 😀
I paired our Bangus Shanghai with my very own version of Yasai (extreme in photo).
When time isn’t a constraint, home cooking would always be a hit to our tummies and to our pockets, don’t ya think so?
