Pork Barrel Chicharon

Another discovery the other night when Leoncio and I decided to have chicken dinner at home, it’s another tasty offering of Chooks to Go!

Pork Barrel Chicharon is real chicharon, unlike those fancy pork rinds that are out in supermarkets. Though some cuts are too tough, which look like it didn’t popped out.

Anyway, I made use of the gristly cut to sauté with a vegetable dish last night. 😀

P.S. No guilt feeling, look at the serving size. Hehehe…
