For this week, more greens were consumed. And I felt like I am mother cow being fed with grass.

Baguio Spinach from the supermarket, I initially planned to eat it raw like salad but I have no Italian dressing at the moment, so, it ended stir-fry.

The other night, I was too lazy to cook yet again so I asked the husband if we could dine out. He worried that I might end up “cheating” my diet that night. What do you think? I didn’t despite our choice to dine at this pizza parlor.

My dinner was all green –Chef Salad from Shakey’s. I have to try their Greek Salad on our next visit.
And the meals for the rest of week remained healthy as is.

P.S. The cheat-eat this week was at Bayleaf Hotel where I had a generous serving of pasta with white sauce, chicken salad croissant sandwich and chips and coffee too. Well, tomorrow is a big day and expect more eats and I don’t know if I can hold onto my words to pass up.
